The Raid Pyrenees is a fabled “randonee” from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. It is over 700 km in length and crosses 19 of the most iconic cols of the Pyrenees. You can do it officially, in accordance with the rules of the Cyclo Club Béarnais, between June and the end of September in under 100 hours and earn a medal and a diploma (very French!). READ ON

We were lucky enough to attend the premiere of a new short film from Bikeworks yesterday afternoon (at London’s Barbican art and cinema complex) showcasing how the social enterprise business has helped train disadvantaged Londoners to become cycle mechanics in the cycling industry. READ ON

This Thursday sees the start of the annual London Bicycle Film Festival (BFF). Based at the Barbican Centre, the London BFF is now in its ninth season and continues to be a popular cultural event among the cycling public both in and out of the capital. READ ON
