Cycle Lifestyle

What would you do if I told you there existed a magazine whose tag line was “Love London, Love Cycling”, that was beautifully produced and called Cycle Lifestyle? You would probably demand to know where you could get a copy.
I was fortunate enough to be given a copy of issue 3 by Ben Irvine, Editor of Cycle Lifestyle, at the recent Redbridge Sky Ride and you can either find Ben yourselves, at Planet Organic stores or pop in to cycle stores to collect one (copies are like gold dust but I did spot a couple remaining at a Cycle Surgery off Victoria Street).
Ben is passionate about cycling and the magazine reflects his energy and enthusiasm. It is helpful, informative and has a sense of humour. The article on cycling to a Spurs game, in particular, rang true for me as I have cycled down to Craven Cottage for years and the cycle along the river, through the park has become part of my pre-match ritual.
Issue 3 is centred around the London Cycle Map Campaign which wants one simple cycling map for the whole of the capital. It’s a great idea which would benefit all Londoners and one which we support. If you want to learn more take a look at the magazine online or hunt out a copy around town. It’s worth searching out a copy.
